Shipping Policy

All Live Inventory orders are now shipped via our preferred courier Royal Mail on a premium next-day delivery service; you will be given the option at checkout to choose which service you require. Either Special Delivery before 1PM or Tracked 24. 

All orders will be dispatched same day if ordered before 3PM (BST). 

Orders only ship on business days.

For International customers we will ship via UPS or DHL on an express service.

We will ask you to provide your own label and you'll be fully liable for any issues. 

All bulk orders will ship directly from supplier to the customer. 

Tracking is not directly provided, however you can still track orders via the tracking portal
