If you are worried/cautious about buying because of condition please do not purchase.
Some pairs may have flaws/marks, all pairs are pictured & sold as seen so that you can judge condition for yourself.
Once you receive the pairs it is very important to understand the art of presentation. This means prepping these pairs prior to selling. This includes re lacing the shoes and stuffing paper inside of the shoes to make the shoe presentable. Cleaning them as well if needed (most won’t need cleaning)
We have a very strict no refund policy & pre-loved is very highly demanded so if you tend to complain about small details DO NOT PURCHASE.
All pairs are very carefully selected and we have a very comprehensive understanding of the pre-loved market: what sells well, what’s cleanable, what won’t turn up broken, etc etc.
